What has been your biggest win at CSS ProSearch so far?

Winning awards like President’s Club, MVP of Service, and Pinnacle Award.

 

What made you want to join the CSS ProSearch team?

The colleagues and leadership I’d be working with. The culture and collaboration.

 

What culturally stands out about CSS ProSearch that breeds success?

Everyone on the team collaborates well together and we are all motivated to succeed and overachieve. We all have different strengths that come together well as a team.

 

What has been your favorite experience at CSS ProSearch thus far?

Going to 2 President’s Club trips – it’s always a great time to celebrate and enjoy a nice vacation after working hard all year.

 

What’s a quote to live by and why does it matter to you?

“Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” I always try to stay positive and motivated – it keeps me going through work and personal life

 

What’s your favorite book right now?

I’m currently loving the Fourth Wing and Court of Thorns and Roses book series. Steph Staiano recommended them!

 

What’s something unique about you that we may not know?

I know how to filet, gut, and scale whole fishes, because I used to work in the Whole Foods seafood department during college.
