Sr. Search Consultant for ProSearch. Carlee graduated from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was born and raised in Michigan and still currently resides there. She is a dog mom to one puppy, and she loves to spend her spare time outside!

Jr. Recruiter for ProSearch. She completed her bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University and is currently in the process of finishing her master’s degree! Madelyn is also part of the Sacred Heart University Track and Field team and is a Team Captain. She has a dog named Bruce Wayne but does not like superhero movies.

Angela Weingrad joined the CSS ProSearch as a Senior Search Consultant. Prior to joining CSS, Angela cast RuPaul’s Drag Race for 3 seasons. She grew up in Los Angeles but loves to ski! Angela is a mom of 2, has 1 fur baby, and a Syrian hamster named Mr. Pumpkin who sleeps all day and plays all night. Angela ran a half marathon in 2006 and hopes to do it again one day.

Tom joined Contemporary Staffing Solutions as the first-ever CFO in October, 2018. He brings an extensive background in Corporate Finance and Operations. Tom will serve as a member of the CSS Leadership Team with a focus on strategic planning and key operational initiatives. Tom’s immediate goals are to facilitate a culture of accountability and ownership with a main focus on profitable growth. Fun fact: He enjoys helping others expand their capacity and knowledge while creating operational enhancements and efficiencies along the way.

Steve began his career at Contemporary Staffing Solutions in 1996 as a Manager of the Delaware Branch. This was a start-up branch that hit profitability within six months. He was promoted to Director of Sales in 1999, and is currently the Chief Operating Officer and a partner in Contemporary Staffing Solutions.

Mike has been CEO of Contemporary Staffing Solutions since 2004. Mike is passionate about building great teams by working with employees of CSS, has a strong focus on customer success and continues to promote building a strong and fun culture at CSS. Mike’s vision for CSS’ future is to continue to grow CSS, continue to provide CSS employees with a motivating and financially rewarding career and to expand nationally with in all of CSS staffing verticals.

Sharon began her career with CSS in 1994 opening and managing the Plymouth Meeting office. She has contributed significantly to the overall growth by focusing on the empowerment of our CSS employees. As CAO & Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing & Accounting she is responsible for the overall strategic planning and initiatives to ensure the "best" experience of all clients and candidates. Fun fact: Sharon celebrates snowmen all year long! She tries to not judge a book by its cover and tries to stay creative in her thinking by not falling into patterns of normality!
